Looking for the ultimate creative day out? Join us at the All Things EFFY HQ for a full-day, one-on-one rug tufting workshop where you'll learn how to use professional cut pile tufting guns and walk away with your own handmade rug!

This workshop is designed for beginners and curious creatives who want to dive deep into the world of modern rug-making. Whether you’re bringing your own design or using one of our pre-made patterns, you’ll leave with something beautiful, functional, and totally unique.

🧵 What You’ll Learn

• How to use tufting machines

• How to stretch, trace, and tuft your design on a carpet tack frame

• Intro to tufting gun care and maintenance

• Tips for designing or transferring your pattern

• Binding and finishing your rug with latex, felt, and backing materials

✨ What's Included

• One-on-one guidance with Carolyn (your tufting fairy godmother)

• Full access to tufting guns and carpet tack frame

• 8 cakes/cones of acrylic yarn

• Tufting cloth (minimum two pieces, 50x50cm each)

• Latex adhesive + rug backing materials

• Use of all binding tools

• Tea, coffee, and tasty nibbles to keep you energized
